1. About the platform

Firm Dhundo ("we", "us") is an independent directory that lists Chartered Accountant firms in India and hosts client reviews of them. We are a neutral platform and do not provide accounting services, nor do we solicit work on behalf of any firm.

2. Listings

Firm listings are compiled from publicly available information and may contain inaccuracies. A listing is not an endorsement. Firms may request corrections, or ask to be removed, by contacting us.

3. User accounts

To write a review you must sign in and provide the information we request. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for activity on your account. You must be a real person and not misrepresent your identity or relationship to a firm.

4. Reviews and user content

• You may only post reviews based on your genuine, first-hand experience.
• Your content must follow our Review Guidelines.
• You retain ownership of what you write but grant us a licence to display, moderate, and distribute it on the platform.
• We moderate reviews before publication and may edit, decline, or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Intermediary status & takedowns

Reviews are the views of their authors, not of Firm Dhundo. As an intermediary hosting user content, we act on valid complaints. If you believe a review is false, defamatory, or unlawful, report it using the Report link or contact us, and we will review it promptly.

6. Prohibited use

Do not post fake reviews, scrape the site, attempt to de-anonymise reviewers, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The platform and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on listings or reviews.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
