Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your data, not legal advice. We recommend having it reviewed by a qualified lawyer.

What we collect

What stays private

Your name, email, LinkedIn URL, and IP address are never shown publicly. Publicly, your reviews appear only under a generated handle (for example, PrudentAuditor), which is not your real name. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your data

Analytics

We count page views so we can see which parts of the site are useful. This is done on our own server and is deliberately minimal:

This data is only ever seen by us in aggregate, and is used to understand traffic, not individuals.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used to track you across other websites, and it is not used for analytics.

Advertising cookies are covered in the next section.

Advertising

Firm Dhundo is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising vendors, including Google, to display ads on this site.

How to opt out. You can turn off personalised advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices or the NAI opt-out page. Opting out does not remove ads; it stops them being personalised.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any advertising or analytics cookies are set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the consent link on the site. We do not show personalised ads to anyone we believe to be under 18.

Advertisers do not receive your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, or the content of any review you have written.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Write to us through the contact page and tell us what you need.

Third parties

We use Google for sign-in, and Google Maps data to show firm locations and directions. Where advertising is enabled, we also use Google's advertising services. Their handling of your data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Children

Firm Dhundo is intended for adults using or working in professional services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Contact and grievances

Questions about your privacy, or a complaint about anything on the site, go to our contact page, which also names the Grievance Officer required under India's IT Rules, 2021. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
