Review guidelines
Please read before writing a review.
Reviews are the heart of Firm Dhundo. To keep them useful and fair to everyone - clients and firms alike - every review is checked by our team before it goes live. Here is what we look for.
Write reviews that help others
- Base it on real, first-hand experience. Only review a firm you have actually engaged with.
- Be specific. What service did you use? What went well or badly? Details help readers more than a bare rating.
- Be fair and honest. Describe your genuine experience, good or bad.
What isn't allowed
- Fake or incentivised reviews - including reviews of your own firm or a competitor's.
- Personal or identifying information about individuals at the firm (or yourself). Keep it professional.
- Abusive, hateful, defamatory, or threatening language.
- Unverifiable accusations of illegal conduct. Share your experience, not allegations you cannot stand behind.
- Spam, advertising, or links.
- Confidential information covered by a professional or contractual duty.
Fairness to firms
A CA firm's reputation matters to their livelihood. We remove reviews that appear fake or that break these rules, and we let firms and users flag reviews for us to re-check. Reviewers remain anonymous to the public, but every review is tied to a verified account.
Reporting a review
If you believe a review is fake, unfair, or breaks these guidelines, use the Report link beneath it. Our team will look into it.
